Where We Ship, Where You Can Pick Up, or Where We Setup
Ship – Beyond Elegance ships UPS Ground all over the USA.
Pick Up – If you are located in Iowa, you can pick up and return to our warehouse in New Sharon or our showroom in Valley Junction (413 5th Street, West Des Moines) and save the shipping fee.
Setup – Within the state of Iowa (dependent upon schedule of events)
Samples are Encouraged
Upon request, Beyond Elegance will ship samples to you so that you may personally view the items and try them on. This is truly the best way to ensure proper fitting and the right color. The only fee charged for this service is the shipping expense that is incurred by Beyond Elegance.
Delivery Times
Orders are shipped to arrive two days prior to your event according to the UPS delivery schedule from the state of Iowa, as long as adequate time is allowed from placement of the order (i.e., If your event is on a Saturday, you will receive your order on Thursday). Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with an exact time as UPS delivery schedules are based on their workload for the day.
Return Deliveries
All returns must be made or in route on the first working day after your event. We offer three different options for return deliveries:
UPS Pick-Up Service – Provide us the address where the order is to be picked up from and Beyond Elegance will make all the arrangements. All you have to do is place the rental items back in the box(es) they were shipped to you in, tape them up with packing tape, and take the old label off the box. (Note: Please do NOT use duct tape as it will stay stuck to the cardboard.) UPS will come to that address on the first working day after your event, have the labels with them, place the labels on the box(es), and return them to us.
UPS Return Service Labels – We will provide you with pre-paid UPS Return Service Labels and all you have to do is place the rental items back in the box(es) they were shipped to you in, tape them up with packing tape, take the old label off the box, and take them to a UPS Shipping Center. (Note: Please do NOT use duct tape, as it will stay stuck to the cardboard.)
Return to Showroom or Warehouse Location – If you are a local customer and opted to pick up your order at either our Showroom or Warehouse, we will provide you with laundry bags for your return service. Just place the linens or chair covers in the laundry bag and return by noon to one of our two locations.
Same Day Shipping
We also offer same day service – call today and we’ll ship today. We’re here to help make your next event ‘Beyond Elegance.”
